BACON WRAPPED PICKLED OKRA

BACON WRAPPED PICKLED OKRA
(Serves 12-14 Pieces / Prep Time 30 Minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Jars of Bramble Pickled Okra
- 6-12 Slices of bacon, cut in half
- Toothpicks or Skewers
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Take the pickled okra out of the Bramble jars and lay them on a plate or cutting board. Leave the brine in the jars and set them aside for later use.
3. Wrap each stuffed okra pod with half a slice of bacon, securing the bacon in place with toothpicks or skewers. Make sure the bacon completely wraps around the okra pod.
4. Place the bacon-wrapped okra pods on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, seam side down.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the okra is tender.
6. Once cooked, remove the toothpicks or skewers before serving.
7. Serve the bacon-wrapped okra hot as an appetizer or side dish. You can also use the leftover brine to dip the pieces in, Enjoy!
